Duties include, but are not limited to: performing all utility billing functions, providing customer service to the community, answering the phone, scheduling for the city hall and park reservations, sorting the mail, running accounts payable/receivable, back-up on payroll/employee benefits and other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements:  High School Diploma, Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, cash register/making change, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, customer service experience.


Desired:  Knowledge of fund accounting, payroll, benefits, utility billing, and Banyon Data Systems.
